Packaging Instructions

Use these packaging steps to ensure your garments arrive safely and are easy for us to process.

1) Prepare Your Garment

• Please wash and clean your garment before sending it.

• Empty all pockets and secure zippers/buttons.

2) Protect the Garment

• Place the garment in a protective inner bag (garment bag or clean plastic).

• Add tissue paper around delicate areas (lace, beading, trim).

3) Choose a Sturdy Package

• Use a rigid box or padded mailer sized to prevent crushing.
• Avoid over stuffing; the garment should lay flat to minimize wrinkles.

4) Include Order Details

• Print and include your order confirmation or a note with your Order #.
• Add alteration notes (e.g., “shorten hem by 2 inches,” “take in waist 1 inch”).

5) Seal & Label

• Seal all edges with packing tape.
• Clearly write the return address and our receiving address from your confirmation email.

6) Ship with Tracking

• Use a trackable service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

• Keep the tracking number for your records.
