Who Pays for Shipping?

Customers cover the cost of sending garments to us. We provide free return shipping once alterations are complete, so you only pay to ship your garments in.

Shipping Method

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your garments to us. Once alterations are complete, we will ship your order back using a secure, trackable method at no additional cost.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days after we receive your garment(s). Rush service may be available for an additional fee—please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Return & Refund Policy

Because alterations are a customized service, refunds are not offered once work begins. However, if there is an issue with workmanship, we will gladly rework the garment at no extra charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your altered garment if further adjustments are needed.
