Turnaround & Rush Service
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the date your garment is received. Rush service is available for time-sensitive orders — please mention your deadline on the call so we can confirm availability and any applicable rush fee.
Mail-In Alterations
We accept mail-in orders from anywhere in the US. During your consultation, we'll walk you through exactly how to package and ship your garment, confirm your return shipping method, and go over the deposit and payment process before you send anything in.
